Use with llama.cpp
# with cli
llama-cli -m base_model.gguf --lora EU-AI-ACT-2-f16.gguf (...other args)
# with server
llama-server -m base_model.gguf --lora EU-AI-ACT-2-f16.gguf (...other args)
