MBOX is a common email file format. It stores messages in plain text format, making them easy to read and manipulate. It is also used by many email clients and services, making it an ideal format for transferring emails between different systems.

However, getting MBOX files into Outlook or importing them into Exchange requires converting them to PST.

The following steps will help you convert MBOX files to Outlook PST without using a converter:

Open Outlook and go to the File menu. Click on Open & Export and select Import/Export. Choose Import from another program or file and click Next. Select MBOX as the file type and click Next. Browse to the location of the MBOX files and select them. Choose the folder in Outlook where you want to import the MBOX files and click Next. Select Finish to complete the import process.

After the import process, the MBOX files will be converted to PST and available in the selected Outlook folder.

Please note that the above method will work if you have a Mac outlook, as it has the inbuilt feature of importing MBOX files.

Also, the above method will import MBOX files as individual messages to PST, making it difficult to manage in the case of many MBOX files.
