Customer Churn Prediction Model
This model predicts whether a customer is likely to churn based on historical data. It was trained on the IBM Customer Churn dataset and serialized using joblib.
Usage
To use this model, load the full_pipeline.joblib file and call the pipeline's predict() method after preprocessing your input data.
Inference Script
The inference.py file shows an example of how to load and use the model.
