Please follow the steps below to set up the environment, download required weights, and run.

🔧 Step 1: Install Dependencies

Install all required Python packages:

pip install -r requirements.txt

📥 Step 2: Download FLUX.1-dev Weights

Step 2.1: Request Access

Visit the Hugging Face model page and request access to the FLUX.1-dev weights: 👉 https://huggingface.co/black-forest-labs/FLUX.1-dev

Step 2.2: Set Your Token

Once access is granted, open the file download_weights.sh and replace:

TOKEN=YOUR_TOKEN

with your actual Hugging Face token.

Step 2.3: Download Weights

Run the following to download model weights:

cd weights
bash download_weights.sh

🧪 Step 3: Run Inference

Run the test script to perform inference:

bash test.sh
