MedOtter Abdominal Multi-Organ CT - VMUNet (Mamba)
2D VMUNet for 11-organ abdominal CT, trained on AMOS22. Self-contained: predictor.py snapshot-downloads bundled vmunet_src/ + vendored einops/ + weights.pth. Requires mamba_ssm in the eval env. Single-channel CT input; HU window [-160,240]->[0,1], resize 256, argmax. Output {0=bg,1=liver,...,11=adrenal}.
