MedOtter Abdominal Multi-Organ CT — TransUNet (R50-ViT)
2D TransUNet for 11-organ abdominal CT, trained on AMOS22 (canonical labels). Self-contained: predictor.py snapshot-downloads bundled transunet_src/ (torch-only) + weights.pth. Input single-channel CT; per-slice HU window [-160,240]->[0,1], resize 256, replicate 3ch, argmax. Output {0=bg,1=liver,...,11=adrenal}.
