This is the official model repository of the paper "fastWDM3D: Fast and Accurate 3D Healthy Tissue Inpainting" by Alicia Durrer, Florentin Bieder, Paul Friedrich, Bjoern Menze, Philippe C. Cattin, and Florian Kofler. It was presented in the DGM4MICCAI workshop at MICCAI 2025.

Download the pretrained model (fastWDM3D, T = 2, trained for 120000 iterations) here from the "Files and versions" tab and use the corresponding code provided in the official GitHub repository.
